Resolve All Year Long

Posted in Julie's Blog

New year’s resolutions... the tradition of letting go, starting new, setting goals and creating change. Often, we forget our resolutions or fail to follow through as the year progresses. Resolutions shouldn’t just be made one time a year. It should be an ongoing part of your year!

In 2011, resolve all year long. Life is about creation and change. As we know, change is inevitable either by choice or circumstance. Change requires us to let something go and start something new.

This year, resolve to let go, start new, set goals and create in all areas of your life that you want/need to change. Day to day, month to month. Create and adjust. Let go and embrace the new. Plan and change plans as needed. Choose and then choose again.

Go with the ebb and flow of the year and use it to your advantage. In the ebb times, assess, regroup, rejuvenate and reorganize. In times of flow, make choices, take action, and implement your new creations. Stay present at all times so you know where you are and what to do in each moment.

Make this your new year’s resolution for 2011. Things are crazy out there and the yo-yo-ing may be the new normal in our lives. Resolve all year and utilize the ebbs and flows to navigate smoothly and consciously. Resolve to be the author of your life. It will be a best seller!

Have a happy NEW year!
