The difference between learning about your strengths and living them is practice. The Circle gives you that practice, with people who get it.

About the Circle.

Do I need to take the course first?+
No. Course access is included with the Circle. Some members start with the course, others experience both simultaneously. Julie will guide you either way.
What if I miss a live session?+
Sessions are recorded, but live attendance is strongly encouraged. The group dynamic and Julie's live readings are core to the experience.
How is this different from the self-paced course?+
The course teaches the framework. The Circle applies it — with live sessions, group exercises, personal readings from Julie and a community of 10 people going through it together.
How is this different from the 1:1 Development Program?+
The [1:1 program](/coaching) ($950) is private, individual sessions with Julie. The Circle ($497) gives you Julie's guidance plus the energy and accountability of a group. Different format, same depth.
When is the next Circle?+
Circle dates are announced to the newsletter first. Join the newsletter to be notified when enrollment opens.
Can I enroll with someone I know?+
Absolutely. Each person enrolls separately, but you can coordinate and sign up at the same time. If you're enrolling multiple people, you can provide their name and email during enrollment.
